The goal of this 4 week conditioning program is to support YOU in these COVID period where all the gyms are closed and all the basketball practices are cancelled.
I used basic material (elastic band - jump rope) that you will have at home or for sure one off your friends has.
The goals is to get you better in shape, make your legs stronger and become a better physical basketball player.
You will recieve in total 12 work outs spread over 4 weeks, meaning 3 different work outs each week. Including a great warm up that will focus on mobility, stability and general movement, the basics that everybody needs but mostly skips.
